• Order processing takes 1–2 business days after payment.
• After shipping, you will receive a tracking number.

Warehouses & Logistics

We ship orders from the nearest warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery:

• Phuket, Thailand — warehouse for Thailand and Asia
• China (Dongguan / Houjie) — main logistics hub for international shipments
• Russia — regional warehouse (express CDEK delivery across the RF)
• EU Warehouse (when necessary — for EU clients)

Shipping is carried out from the RF warehouse, which significantly speeds up delivery:
• CDEK to pickup point — 3–6 days

This is the most convenient and fastest option for RF customers.
